Privacy Policy

IntelliCall LLC (“IntelliCall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our voice ordering and payment services or visit intellicall.tech.

Information we collect

From restaurant customers (our clients): Business name, contact information, payment method, point-of-sale credentials, and operational data needed to provide the IntelliCall service.

From callers (end users who call a restaurant using IntelliCall): Phone number, voice recording of the call, order details, and (if you choose to pay via SMS link) the email or phone number you provide for receipts.

From website visitors: Standard analytics data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use information

  • To provide voice ordering, call routing, and payment services to participating restaurants
  • To send transactional SMS messages (such as payment links and order receipts) to callers who consent during a call
  • To improve service quality, including reviewing call recordings for accuracy and training purposes
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (Twilio for telephony, Stripe for payments, our point-of-sale partners for order fulfillment)
  • Restaurants receiving the orders you place
  • Authorities when required by law

We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Call recordings and order data are retained for 90 days for quality and dispute resolution, then deleted unless required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@intellicall.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

Children’s privacy

IntelliCall is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date.
